Which restaurant review tools actually show you their prices?

More than half the tools in this space require a sales demo before you can find out what they cost. That's not a small detail — it means to compare your options, you need to schedule five phone calls, sit through five pitches, and wait for five custom quotes.

Here's a simple scorecard: who publishes their pricing, who gives you partial information, and who makes you call.

Why companies hide their pricing

There's a straightforward reason: if you know what it costs before you talk to a salesperson, you might decide not to get on the phone. And the phone is where deals get closed. Hidden pricing isn't a coincidence — it's a deliberate sales funnel strategy.

For enterprise software selling to VP-level buyers at Fortune 500 companies, this makes sense. For software selling to restaurant owners who need to make a decision this week, it's an obstacle.

We put our pricing on our website. Not to be virtuous about it — just because if you're researching review management software at 10pm after a long service, you shouldn't have to wait until Thursday for a callback to find out if we're in your budget.
