Which review tools actually cover your delivery platforms?

Google and Yelp reviews get all the attention. But if you're running a restaurant in 2026, a meaningful share of your customer interactions happen on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and TripAdvisor — and customers leave reviews there too.

Most mainstream reputation management tools were built before delivery platforms mattered. Here's who actually covers them.

Why this matters more than it used to

When the big reputation management tools were built, DoorDash and Uber Eats weren't significant review platforms. They've grown — and for many restaurant operators, delivery reviews are now a substantial portion of their customer feedback. A customer who ordered delivery and had a bad experience will leave a review on the delivery app, not necessarily on Google.

If your monitoring tool doesn't cover delivery platforms, you're watching half the picture. You might see your Google rating holding steady while delivery reviews are quietly accumulating complaints about cold food or wrong orders.

Among the major platforms, only a handful cover delivery reviews: Marqii (at the Pro tier), Chatmeter, Voosh, and Momos (which covers DoorDash and Uber Eats but not TripAdvisor). FeedbackFountain covers all five.
